Abstracts are now being accepted for the annual Popular Culture Association meetings scheduled for Wednesday, April 12 to Saturday, April 15, 2017. The international conference will be held at the Marriott Marina, San Diego, CA.
The Eros and Pornography division of the PCA/ACA is one of the oldest in the organization and the organizers welcome all works dealing with eros and pornography, widely defined. Graduate students and topic-specific panels are encouraged to submit abstracts.
The proposal deadline is October 1, 2016 and proposals only may be submitted online at: http://www.conference.pcaaca.org
Submissions must include:
- The title of your work.
- An abstract of no more than 250 words.
- A brief, no more than 50 words, biography of the submitter(s). This is to be attached to the end of the work and should include the email of the submitter.
Proposed panels must include each presenter’s abstract and contact information along with the bio. The organizer should contact Ken Muir at muirkb@appstate.edu stating that you intend to present as a panel.
